"The sales staff is great! The financing was easy! Everybody in this dealership is awesome!!The service department needs work but hey nobody's perfect. I also think the dealership needs to put a little more effort into keeping Vegas accessories in stock. But in my opinion if you want KTM or Polaris dirt toys,a Victory, KTM, or BMW motorcycle go to Valley Cycle. If you want Victory parts or service they seem to care about keeping the Victory line alive there. Harley has the name, Victory has the bike, & we have the dealership in bakersfield backing for these awesome bikes. "

"I don't usually take the time to fill out surveys but this time is a exception! I have to tell everybody about my dealings with Valley Cycle & Motorsports. The staff is great...they really care about their customers & their needs. I recently bought a Outlaw 525 & I love it!! The saleswoman Donna explained all the features to me but I was a little skeptical until I rode it!! Wow is this a great machine. I've been riding for years but this was the best handling machine I have ever been on! Everybody should get one...no wait then they would be able to keep up with me at the beach(HaHa) I smoked every other type of bike when I was there except a couple of really souped up ones! Thank again to everybody at Valley Cycle you guys are #1 in my book!!"

"I purchaed a beautiful White & Silver Victory Kingpin.My salesperson had an in depth knowledge of the product. He didn't pressure me to buy, gave me plenty of time to decide for myself! The parts ladies (especially Elaine)were friendly & knowledgable. Your finance manager Lori explained everything in detail to me & was extremly friendly!!
